Return and Refund Policy

We aim for complete customer satisfaction with all purchases from Fleurimont Bain. If you are not satisfied with your product, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns
   You may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Custom-made, personalized, or clearance items are non-returnable.

2. Return Process
   To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.

3. Refund Policy
   Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product or shipping error.

4. Damaged or Defective Products
   If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund, as appropriate. You may be required to provide photographs of the damage for claims processing.
